Shop Policy – Shipping
Fully insured Free Shipping Worldwide is included with all purchases. Costs for my products are calculated automatically during the checkout process, and you will be shown the total amount payable before you place your order.
Ren Creative Works has secured preferential rates with DHL who are specialists in international shipping and courier delivery services.
DHL provides a secure and reliable way to send items and makes sure you receive what you order. It provides a proof of postage, online tracking, insurance options and requires a signature for every parcel delivered.
Unless requested otherwise, all orders are shipped with DHL and delivered during business hours, so it is essential that someone is at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different to your billing address, please set up an alternative shipping address when placing your order.
Delivery time is dependent on delivery location.
Most importantly, all orders are packaged professionally and shipped to you with care. Where ever possible, I try to use 100% quality recycled material for packaging.

Shop Policy – Processing Times and “Ship By” Dates
I aim to have all orders shipped as follows:
- If the order is already available, I aim to process it within 3-5 days.
- If the order is a Commission/Bespoke Custom Order, it will include the amount of time it takes to create the item.
However, at busy times of the year (September – December) this may not always be possible.
Please contact me if you have special requirements regarding delivery. Deliveries cannot be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. The same applies on or after the 20th of December, as these dispatches fall into the Christmas period, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Shop Policy – Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items, all sales are final and transacted in good faith.
The EU Directive on Consumer Rights does not apply to custom-made products. Digital content, artwork and patterns are generally not eligible for returns & exchanges.
